Welcome to VisionaryWall (“we”, “our”, “us”). By placing an order on this website (“the Site”), you agree to these Terms & Conditions (“Terms”). Please read them carefully before purchasing.

We specialize in motivational wall art made to order through professional print-on-demand partners (“Fulfillment Partners”).

2. Scope of Agreement

These Terms govern all sales of products made via our Site. By placing an order, you enter into a legally binding contract with VisionaryWall under these Terms.

3. Ordering & Contract Formation

  • Orders placed through our website are an offer to purchase.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once your order is accepted.

  • We reserve the right to decline or cancel any order in case of errors, suspected fraud, or unavailability.

  • If an order is cancelled after payment, we will refund you in full.

4. Product Description & Availability

  • Each piece is made to order, printed and shipped by trusted production partners.

  • Colors, textures, or framing finishes may differ slightly from digital previews due to variations in materials, lighting, and print methods.

  • We strive for accurate listings, but minor deviations are not considered defects.

5. Pricing, VAT & Payments

  • All prices on the website are shown in EUR and include VAT where applicable.

  • Shipping costs are calculated and shown before checkout.

  • Payment is required at the time of order using approved payment methods (credit/debit cards, PayPal, etc.).

  • You are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes applicable in your country.

6. Production & Delivery

  • Production begins once your payment is confirmed.

  • Estimated production time: 2–5 business days; delivery time depends on destination.

  • We currently ship worldwide.

  • You will receive a tracking link when your order ships.

  • If delivery exceeds 30 days, you have the right to cancel and receive a full refund.

7. Returns, Replacements & Quality Guarantee

Because each item is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges for reasons such as change of mind or wrong size.

However, we guarantee the quality of our prints:

  • If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or defective, contact us within 30 days of delivery at support@visionarywall.com with photos.

  • Once verified, we’ll replace or refund the item at no extra cost.

  • Claims filed after 30 days or without sufficient proof may be denied.

  • Slight color or tone differences between screen and print are normal and not eligible for refunds.

8. Cancellation Policy

Orders can only be cancelled before production begins.
Once printing has started, cancellation is no longer possible due to the personalized nature of our products.

9. Intellectual Property

All content, artwork, logos, and designs on the Site are the exclusive property of VisionaryWall or their respective licensors.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or use them for commercial purposes without prior written consent.

10. User Content

If you upload or submit designs, images, or custom requests, you confirm that:

  • You own or have legal rights to use that content.

  • It does not infringe third-party copyrights, trademarks, or other rights.
    You agree to indemnify us for any legal claims resulting from such content.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, VisionaryWall shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
Our total liability will never exceed the total amount paid for the specific order giving rise to the claim.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of Estonia.
For EU consumers, mandatory local consumer protection laws also apply.

13. Additional Terms for EU Consumers

If you are a resident of the European Union or European Economic Area (EEA), you enjoy specific rights under Directive 2011/83/EU and national implementations:

  1. Right of Withdrawal –
    You have a 14-day cooling-off period for distance purchases.
    However, this does not apply to personalized or made-to-order items (our wall art is custom printed). Once production starts, withdrawal is no longer possible.

  2. Defective or Damaged Goods –
    You retain your right to free replacement or refund for defective products.

  3. Delivery Delays –
    If your order is not delivered within 30 days, you may cancel and receive a full refund.

  4. Dispute Resolution –
    EU consumers may resolve disputes via the European Online Dispute Resolution platform:
